Graeme Newell

Graeme Newell is a researcher, speaker and author who specializes in emotional marketing. Graeme and his team of emotional attachment experts show companies how to change complacent customers into passionate fans. He shows businesses how to use emotional persuasion to supercharge customer loyalty and build revenue.
Emotional Marketing is messaging that connects on an instinctual level because it builds upon the customer’s ego. People are so passionate about emotional marketing brands that they wear these logos on ball caps in the middle of their forehead. They name-drop brand names with people they hope to impress.

Graeme’s company, 602 Communications, has consulted some of the world’s most emotionally passionate brands, including GE, CNN, Sony, Disney, Metlife, CBS, News Corp, CNBC, and Madison Square Garden.

Drawing from a library that includes more than 50,000 marketing examples, Graeme’s most popular presentations take audiences on an emotional journey through the most powerful instinctual motivations. He helps business leaders understand the often hidden factors that build strong customer loyalty. He reveals specific tactics that turn indifferent buyers into brand groupies.

Graeme helps his clients achieve passionate customer loyalty through research, speaking, writing, conference presentations, and training workshops.

Tiffany Dodson

Tiffany bought her first franchise 14 years ago. She was working 80-hour weeks as a senior brand manager on one of the world’s largest brands, when her two toddlers delivered a ‘wake-up call’. Exploring her options, Tiffany decided that entrepreneurship with the financial rewards and lifestyle flexibility best suited her career and life goals.

Tiffany holds deep roots in the franchise industry. She has held senior marketing roles at well-known international franchises, including an international food franchisor. Furthermore, she is recognized not only as a top performing franchisee, but also as a top master franchisee and was voted by her peers to be the Master Developer, not once but twice in an international franchise. In the span of eight years, Tiffany grew her master franchise areas from four locations to 90.

With a passion for franchises and small businesses, Tiffany uses her business knowledge and experience to coach other business owners, so that they too achieve their dream.

Tiffany moved back to her hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina over ten years ago with her husband Ryan and two daughters, Willard and Ritter. The family spends a lot of time at horse barns, music concerts, and traveling both in the US and abroad. Five times a week, Tiffany spends quality time with a personal trainer, “training for life”.
