Brooks believes that the combination of PurposeFull™ leadership, customer experience, and systematic sales funnels are the keys to building your top-line and establishing bottom-line efficiencies.

Brooks uses his chief marketing officer and marketing consulting experience to help companies ensure that they have systems to attract the right customers and keep them coming back. He has successfully started or consulted with entities in financial management, transportation, hospitality, and the nutritional supplement industries, and is currently helping operate, or has sold all of these companies.

Brooks is also the co-author of the recent book, Purple Goldfish: Service Edition, which focuses on the 12 ways to do the “little extras” to improve the customer experience for restaurants, hotels, and airlines. Brooks has written four other books including: Getting a Social Media Job for Dummies (Wiley Publishing, 2014), #Hungry? Fuel Your Restaurant Sales with Social Media, Butts in Seats, and PurposeFull Leadership.

Brooks holds his MBA and BS degrees in Economics and Management from the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. In his free time, Brooks serves Seacoast Church and coaches boys lacrosse at Wando high school in Charleston, SC.
